JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and ultimately certifying customer Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Management System (PMS) applications to the Elavon gateway and acquiring hosts. Uses established requirements to create processes for external software developers to exchange payment transaction data with the Fusebox gateway, the Simplify payment application, and numerous direct acquiring host communication options. As a subject matter expert, assists multiple internal and outside parties on industry best practices in order for our customers to achieve the lowest possible interchange on their transactions. Part of that process includes compiling and reviewing very detailed information, of which small oversights can have large downstream impacts for multiple parties. Recommendations are made to each customer based on the certification results to ensure a sound integration.
