POSIZIONE:

For our Company Site in Val della Torre (TO), we are looking for a Certification Engineer, in the Quality Department.

The Certification Engineer is responsible for:

• Ensures that the products comply with applicable regulations and safety requirements. Provides technical support necessary for obtaining certifications and conformity of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical equipment products.
• Works closely with the development team on aspects related to product conformity and coordinates the drafting of the essential requirements applicable to the product intended as a machine.
• Externally, collaborates with certification bodies and suppliers to obtain documents aimed at confirming the conformity of analyzed products.
• Some major legislative acts the Certification Engineer should be aware of include the Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), and Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

REQUISITI:

We are looking for candidates with these skills:

• Technical diploma or degree
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Precision and attention to documentation details
• English at least level B1, Fluent in italian
• Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in safety laboratories
• Quality and Regulatory knowledge (e.g. IEC61010, 62368 or similar)
• Technical drawings reading
