JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities, and possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of physical and emotional support, ensuring that our clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in caregiving, particularly in senior care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and basic nursing skills is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.

  Pay: $15.00-$23.00 per hour

Work Location: On the roa

• Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
• Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Offer specialized care for individuals with conditions such as dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to nursing staff or family members.
