POSITION SUMMARY

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work remotely to support patient care through virtual consultations. Your role will involve managing a high volume of telehealth interactions, utilizing advanced technology platforms, and ensuring seamless documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR). Your tech skills will be crucial as you develop and implement personalized care plans and assist patients with their healthcare needs.
Candidates must reside in the Mountain or Pacific Time zone.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (must be current)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
• Must reside in MST or PST

• Conduct telephonic patient visits, and document them in EHR systems.
• Monitor and follow personalized care plans, addressing patients’ health concerns and goals.
• Utilize technology for documentation, and communication, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance on health management, preventive care, and resource connections.
