Certified Nursing Assistant, $18-$20 p/hr plus weekend shift diff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a current CNA license in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications a plus
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Must be comfortable with direct patient contact
• Must be flexible and willing to perform all requested duties

• Provides nursing assistance and care to residents as assigned, under the director of Charge Nurse, Manager or Director
• Following all safety and infection control measures
• Follow proper body mechanics to ensure residents are being transferred, repositioned or lifted safely
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager or Director
