Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Must currently be registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the State of PA.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work cooperatively with a larger team to provide the best patient care.
- Time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of care in interdisciplinary environment.
- Document and chart patient care accurately.
- Ensure residents and their families receive the highest levels of care.
- Must be able to properly lift, turn, move, position, and transport residents.
- Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting.
