Responsibilities:
- Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes, as directed by the supervisor, to accomplish the YMCA mission and goals.
- Develop, implement, and supervise small group instructional class for the Pickleball program which promotes the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth of participants.
- Maintains working knowledge of program and trends to provide effective information and support to members.
- Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information.
- Responds to all member and community inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of and participation in Pickle ball program.
- Other Duties: Assigned as necessary by the Wellness Director.
- Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience
- Program specific experience required.
- Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, or certified within the first 30 days after hire.
