Description:
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA frameworks and related technologies. This role involves designing and implementing advanced PEGA solutions to enhance business agility and customer engagement. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess extensive experience in PEGA frameworks and related technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in PEGA Biz agility 1:1 CX Engagement.
- Have a strong understanding of PEGA contact policies and volume constraints.
- Show proficiency in using the PEGA Platform for application development.
- Be skilled in applying Next-Best-Action concepts.
- Have experience with PEGA AI and Arbitration.
- Be knowledgeable in creating and managing PEGA Actions and treatments.
- Understand PEGA Engagement policies and their implementation.
- Be adept at designing PEGA Decision strategies.
- Have experience integrating PEGA Channels.
- Be familiar with using PEGA Decision Hub.
- Nice to have domain skill experience in Telecom.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the PEGA solutions remain current and effective.
- Monitor and report on the performance of PEGA implementations to stakeholders.
