Description:

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA frameworks and related technologies. This role involves designing and implementing advanced PEGA solutions to enhance business agility and customer engagement. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess extensive experience in PEGA frameworks and related technologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PEGA Biz agility 1:1 CX Engagement.
  • Have a strong understanding of PEGA contact policies and volume constraints.
  • Show proficiency in using the PEGA Platform for application development.
  • Be skilled in applying Next-Best-Action concepts.
  • Have experience with PEGA AI and Arbitration.
  • Be knowledgeable in creating and managing PEGA Actions and treatments.
  • Understand PEGA Engagement policies and their implementation.
  • Be adept at designing PEGA Decision strategies.
  • Have experience integrating PEGA Channels.
  • Be familiar with using PEGA Decision Hub.
  • Nice to have domain skill experience in Telecom.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced PEGA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of PEGA frameworks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expertise in PEGA Biz agility 1:1 CX Engagement to enhance customer interactions.
  • Develop and manage PEGA contact policies and volume constraints to optimize performance.
  • Utilize PEGA Platform to build scalable and efficient applications.
  • Apply Next-Best-Action concepts to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Leverage PEGA AI and Arbitration to improve decision-making processes.
  • Create and manage PEGA Actions and treatments to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and enforce PEGA Engagement policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Design PEGA Decision strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Integrate PEGA Channels to provide a unified customer experience.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to centralize and streamline decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the PEGA solutions remain current and effective.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of PEGA implementations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all PEGA solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards.
  • Continuously explore new PEGA features and functionalities to enhance capabilities.
