QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• MSW/MA degree in a related field, or BA/BS plus three years of prior experience in a psychiatric setting, one of which is in a crisis setting or enrolled in a Master’s program with two years of prior experience in a psychiatric setting, one of which is in a crisis setting.
• Must have the ability to work in stressful situations

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

• PT
• Nights

• Works in harmony with other staff members of an interdisciplinary team, assisting the Patient Care Manager and others as needed, to achieve the best service possible to patients.
• Responsible for supervising and assisting with patient care issues.
• Following up on assigned tasks and for consistently setting and evaluating priorities, it is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments, i, e, damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas. Medical errors, etc.
