Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Engineering Services (CES) in the Scotland and North East England team and manage them to the levels of safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness required by Linde BOC
- Manage Customer Engineering Services (CES) projects, maintenance and service activities on both BOC assets and 3rd party contracted equipment in accordance with Linde safety targets, Service level agreements and budgets
- Deliver agreed performance key performance indicators
- Develop and implement appropriate Corrective Action Plans to ensure the agreed key performance indicators are achieved and exceeded
- Continuously develop, lead, implement and deliver efficiency improvements in the Customer Engineering Services (CES) Scotland and North East England team and support similar initiatives within Customer Engineering Services (CES) UK & Northern Ireland and the Linde organisation as a whole
- Support our colleagues in Sales to achieve Linde BOC growth targets
- Contribute to the strategic development of Customer Engineering Services (CES)
