About the Centre for Innovation and Technology
The Centre for Innovation and Technology (CFIT) Adelaide is our first Australian Delivery Centre. It is part of Deloitte’s Global Delivery Network. We are establishing CFIT to primarily support Deloitte Australia with delivering high-demand technical packages of work to clients. Reporting to the PeopleSoft Portfolio Offering Lead, this role will be responsible for executing the strategic outlook and the day-day operations for the CFIT PeopleSoft team.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager in our PeopleSoft practice, you will be leading the CFIT PeopleSoft team to design, configure, build and deliver industry leading and innovative products and assets.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the service catalogue and offerings available through the CFIT PeopleSoft team
Execute the strategic plan for the progressive development of the CFIT PeopleSoft team including strategic workforce uplift and scaling
Manage the day-day operations of the CFIT PeopleSoft team including utilisation, personnel management and coaching, performance management, and all facets of operations relevant to CFIT
Be the primary interface for engaging with the Deloitte Consulting into CFIT PeopleSoft
Mentor graduates and junior level developers in PeopleSoft Development, Best Practices and Agile Development
In addition, you will also be the lead and support on projects, including:
Coordinating with other architects, developers, program and project management about project estimates, project tasks, project progress and risks.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Develop and execute test management plans to support solution delivery teams
Analyse and define business requirements and/or project scope plus facilitate analysis and design workshops
