We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in Ocala, Florida, 34480, United States. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the financial planning and reporting within our organization, as well as leading the team towards achieving financial goals.

• Oversee GAAP Accounting processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Utilize Quickbooks Online for financial operations and reporting.
• Manage financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suites for effective communication and data analysis.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Engage with private equity partners and manage relationships.
• Implement strategies for financial growth and sustainability.
• Proficient in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP Accounting
• Ability to effectively perform KPI Reporting
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with Private Equity
• Proficient in using Quickbooks Online
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced understanding of business strategies and financial metrics
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Must have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA or CFA certification is preferred
• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and strategies
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
