ABOUT THE JOB

As our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will lead and set the directional agenda of a modernized financial unit that complements the business areas’ daily demands and needs. It is a pivotal management role that works closely with all areas of the business in Plesner, while not only delivering on financial reporting but also supporting the business units with a sharp analytical approach.
We are seeking a senior profile that can help us define and prioritize the financial drivers that will support Plesner in our strategic direction.

INTERNAL FINANCIAL REPORTING, FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

  • Analyze financial trends, support market analytics and be a key player in vital cross functional projects that demands leadership and financial insights.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and system enhancements.
  • Secure financial resources to facilitate Plesner driven project expansion and operational sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Project and Innovation and business units seeking towards removing complexity and expanding insights into relevant data that supports the business.Drive forecasting and reporting throughout the various business units.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success- preferable in a professional service company or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
  • Knowledge in transformation business requirements into financial planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
