DETAILS
- Department: Ascension Medical Group
- Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday
- Hospital: Ascension Saint Thomas
- Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the medical group and clinical leadership.
- Work in collaboration with the finance team to ensure coordination for major projects and other system initiatives.
- Provide leadership team guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning.
- Direct market statistical reporting and budgeting.
- Recommend strategies based upon financial, accounting and industry trends.
- Plan and coordinate financial resources for the department’s services.
- Perform detailed calculations and analysis of physician compensation.
