• Hire, supervise, and ensure the efficiency of the finance team
• Maintain financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Implement effective internal control systems to safeguard assets
• Prepare accurate financial reports for management and the Board of Directors
• Manage the external audit process, including the drafting of audited financial statements
• Provide strategic planning and long-term financial forecasting
• Manage banking and financing relationships
• Supervise office managers and accounts receivable/accounts payable staff
• Prepare special financial reports and analysis as needed
