My client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record of at least 15 years in accounting, and an active CPA license. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial management within a small to mid-sized business environment, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and drive financial performance. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing the CFO to work from home up to four days a week, while still maintaining a strong presence within the company.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s financial direction.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.
