Description:
We are seeking a CFO to join our team in the healthcare service industry located in DANVILLE, Indiana. The CFO will play a crucial role in leading our financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving sustainable growth within the dynamic and complex healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the organization’s mission, goals, and industry trends.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Optimize capital structure, manage cash flow, and assess investment opportunities in collaboration with leadership to allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls, compliance procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, regulatory bodies, and external partners, effectively communicating financial results, strategies, and outlook.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Champion the integration of technology solutions to streamline financial processes, enhance data analytics, and support informed decision-making.
- Utilize CRM to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Handle accounting functions, auditing, budget processes, and non-profit accounting duties.
- Manage capital and perform cash flow analysis.
- Must hold a relevant degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in senior financial management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounting functions.
- Extensive experience in auditing, with a focus on identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of budget processes and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to manage capital effectively and make informed investment decisions.
- Proficiency in cash flow analysis and financial modelling.
- Experience in non-profit accounting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Must possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credentials would be advantageous.
- Proficient in using advanced financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
