REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Fluent in Hungarian, proficiency in English, with other languages being a significant plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a partner success, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Data Analysis and MS Excel skills to use raw data to create performance reports and projections.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, using data-driven insights to engage partners with their food waste mission.
  • Proven ability to work with global teams and multi-language partners.
  • Attention to detail partnered with a strong commitment to contributing to sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage your portfolio of chain accounts and ensure the business objectives are met.
  • Account Growth: Develop strategies to grow your accounts and increase overall supply.
  • Account Health: Work closely with a Key Account Manager to identify poorly performing stores, create action plans to improve them, and assist in scaling processes.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell more food waste reduction and tech solutions to our Key Account and Chain partners.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Build reports to track performance, identify trends, and create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals.
  • Cross-functional Working: Represent your chain partners internally, working closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize joint growth opportunities.
