We are currently hiring on-call Security Officers to join our Chances Castlegar Team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
- Verify identification in compliance with provincial legislative and Chances/Berezan standards.
- Ensure the safety of patrons and staff by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment.
- Complete daily reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any activities in accordance with BCLC and Chances/Berezan procedure manuals.
- Provide escorts to patrons and staff as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
- Report any health and safety concerns promptly.
- Understand and effectively communicate the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers.
- Review audit sheets and ensure they are completed and up to date.
