We are currently hiring on-call Security Officers to join our Chances Castlegar Team.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
• Verify identification in compliance with provincial legislative and Chances/Berezan standards.
• Ensure the safety of patrons and staff by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment.
• Complete daily reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Report any activities in accordance with BCLC and Chances/Berezan procedure manuals.
• Provide escorts to patrons and staff as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Report any health and safety concerns promptly.
• Understand and effectively communicate the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers.
• Review audit sheets and ensure they are completed and up to date.
