WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Change Adoption Analyst, you will collaborate closely with other teams to bring and embed the Risk & Control framework, by getting the business implementation up and running, reviewing policies and procedures, analysing data, getting engaged and communicating, designing processes and controls, implementing, and embedding.
You will support change analysis on workstreams in line with local/ global/strategic plans, leading to advancement of the control environment and policy compliance that meets audit and reputational sustainability risks and expectations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Solid track record of participation in large/complex change E2E, including identification and management of associated impacts to people and the organisation.
  • Strong experience in the definition of an engagement, communication & product adoption strategy.
  • Robust knowledge of the change management and implementation context of transformation.
  • Deep working knowledge of key methodologies of change management.
  • Strong writing and communication, including effective translation of complex information into compelling written and presentation materials.
  • Demonstrated experience with positive interactions involving senior executives.
  • Outstanding influencing, facilitating, and negotiation skills and experience interacting with senior or executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to link change outcomes through to benefits and the investment summary.
  • Change management certification or experience in the Agile project management methodology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Few primary areas you would be responsible for:

  • Support planning and deployment of change on priority programmes within Sustainability, in line with global and local strategic plans, working in alignment with client project methodology at all times.
  • Ensure deliverables are implemented into BAU.
  • Actively work with regional and global sustainability stakeholders.
  • Support the development of the change & implementation, stakeholder plans, change impact and audience assessments, business readiness, value mapping, and approach to tracking, demonstrating, and embedding of change outcomes and benefits.
  • Work with the Products, Reporting and Controls Business managers to develop short / long term plans for execution and embedding of change outcomes.
  • Work closely with solution delivery teams to ensure analysis of training needs and training materials are appropriately designed.
  • As part of all change requests, any impacts to the high / medium / low change classification are to be considered as part of the impact assessment.
