We are hiring for an enthusiastic Change Analyst that would support the delivery of a positive and consistent global experience. Change Management and training efforts through the provision of logistical and administrative support, data analysis as well as trend identification.
An ideal Change analyst would maintain and manage project communication content and platforms, and organisation of key stakeholder activities. Along with implementing change initiatives to drive business improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Apply knowledge of key tools and techniques to establish and maintain project stakeholder communication and engagement channels
  • Monitor and maintain communication content and platforms (including project Confluence site, repeatable communication artefacts) to support Regional Change Managers, Change Working Groups and the Change Champion Network in delivering a consistent change experience.
  • Collate data from change impact assessments into heatmaps and change readiness assessment tool development and application
  • Undertake data analysis related to the above, and work with Change Lead and Regional Change Managers on interpretation, commentary and action planning
  • Assist with mobilisation of training activities as per training plan and support training materials development
  • Collate and monitor training effectiveness survey data and feedback and provide to Training Manager for continuous improvement

Key Incumbent requirements

  • New or recent graduate or previous experience in a data analysis, communication and/or events management type roles.
  • Strong analytical skills (including data collation and analysis) with desire to deliver to a high-quality standard.
  • Proven organisational and logistical management skills and experience.
  • Tech savvy, with strong IT systems capability and experience – especially in Microsoft suite of products, Confluence and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Cochlear communication and training tools and platforms (Ideal)
  • Experience of Cochlear IT systems – Salesforce and non-Salesforce (Ideal)
  • Desire to build change management knowledge and capability and experience in working in a project environment (Ideal)
