Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to provide critical support to the teams working on our Trust’s Electronic Patient Record systems, including Rio and IAPTUS. You will support the development of system changes which will improve the experience for staff and aid in improving the service they can offer to patients.
The post holder will work closely with clinical colleagues to develop their system change requests and system utilisation options, creating detailed process maps and outline specifications and supporting the Change process to support these changes through approvals processes and implementation by the System Administration and Configuration Technicians.
If you have a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills; both verbal and written and an ability to convey complex technical information to audiences with varying levels of IT literacy, we’d like to hear from you.
