Join our Core Personnel Technology division as a Change Analyst. You will be part of a team instrumental in developing and executing change strategies that deliver internal enterprise-wide technology change and transformation.

What role will you play?
As a Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Change Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of organisational changes relating to internal technology projects. This role involves working closely with Change Managers, technology teams and various stakeholders to ensure that all changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, minimising disruption and maximising value for our customers. You will work closely with Change Managers, project and technical teams, as well stakeholders of all levels, advocating for seamless and intuitive technology experiences.

What you offer

  • Background in change management or business analysis, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Previous involvement in maintaining documentation of change requests, approvals, implementation plans, and post-implementation reviews, customer feedback, and adoption insights and metrics.
  • Familiarity with visual design and creation of communication visuals.
  • Proficiency in providing copywriting support.
  • Ability to simplify complex messaging and develop communication plans, communications, and training material.Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority.
