Description:

Emeco Group (ASX: EHL) was founded in 1972 and is a world leader in maximising the performance of heavy earthmoving equipment. It has operations in all key mining regions of Australia and its customers include mining companies and contractors across coal, gold, copper, bauxite and iron ore.
We’re on the hunt for a Change and Training Analyst to join our growing IT team. Supporting the ERP change manager in the execution of the ERP strategy, this role will play a integral part in the smooth transition and maximising user adoption of the new ERP

The Role:

  • Identify, analyse, and document changes across processes, roles, skills, and knowledge, assessing their impact on individuals and teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change plans addressing identified change impacts.
  • Assist in comprehensive communication planning to effectively convey the purpose, progress, and benefits of the ERP project.
  • Deliver clear and consistent project messages to various stakeholder groups through multiple channels.
  • Assess business readiness to gauge the organisation’s preparedness for change and assist in developing plans to address gaps.
  • Identify areas of concern and develop targeted interventions to address these concerns and foster a supportive culture.
  • Assist in developing the approach for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assess capability gaps and develop detailed training plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with the project team and subject matter experts to create and deliver training programs that empower end-users to effectively use the new ERP system.
  • Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Capture key performance indicator (KPI) data to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Collect and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and identify areas for improvement.

Your Credentials:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (desirable).
  • Proven experience in change management within ERP implementation projects.
  • Practical knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management plans, creating buy-in and excitement about projects.
  • Skilled in crafting engaging communications.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential obstacles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and synthesize complex sets of information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs and facilitating workshops is desirable.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation processes.
