Responsibilities:

The Change Management consultant will use change management principles and practices to help plan, implement, and integrate change and user adoption initiatives to support a major digital transformation effort for our DoD client. The CM consultant will work with a team that at any given time may include specialists in software development, training, pre-deployment and deployment, communications, human centered design, and Service Desk support. The CM consultant will have experience with user adoption and communication strategies involved with agile implementations, stakeholder engagement and outreach, and just-in-time leadership messaging.

  • Plan and implement strategies and tactics to facilitate user adoption of new technology tools
  • Work with the LMI and client teams to integrate adoption practices, tools, and activities into the project management plan/schedule
  • Develop and implement user feedback mechanisms to inform and improve development, training, and deployment processes and outcomes
  • Design and facilitate user/stakeholder interviews and focus groups
  • Develop high-quality client-facing briefs and reports
  • Produce high quality well-written user-facing artifacts, tools, and presentations
  • Work collaboratively across the change management and strategic communications team and with the Government to support the user adoption process
