Description:

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Change Control Analyst to join our team to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career with ManTech. The Change Control Analyst will support multiple Federal Agencies through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program. The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with several Federal Agencies to enhance their Information Assurance (IA) programs and continuous monitoring capabilities. As a member of the Enterprise Delivery organization, the Change Control Analyst will work closely with engineers, testers, trainers as well as Federal agency personnel to perform change management and release planning activities in support of the deployment of cyber solutions.
The Change Control Analyst will execute change management activities against the established solutions for internal and external change control functions on a large-scale cyber program. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Perform all key functions for the facilitation, execution, and reporting of all change control practices both internally and externally with Federal Agencies * Assess and recommend improvements to existing agency change control processes through the development, delivery and maintenance of a Change Management Plan tailored for the CDM program * Maintain the change control processes and procedures within the Change Management Plan to support both internal and external change control * Engage internal and external stakeholders throughout the change process to ensure compliance and comprehensive communications related to all upcoming changes * Facilitate internal Change Control Board (iCCB) meetings including agenda development, report generation, and change review/disposition process * Submit changes and perform key liaison tasks following defined Federal agency processes to ensure changes are represented and approved in Federal Agency CCB meetings * Conduct change tracking, status accounting, and audits * Generate and evaluate Change Management metrics * Support creation of contract deliverables and change control project artifacts * Support training efforts as required - provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs Minimum Qualifications: * 4 years of experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) change management tools or similar tools (i.e. Service Now, Remedy) * Experience in areas of release management, project planning and audit * Experience working with Federal Agency change control boards * Knowledge of IT systems management, particularly Systems Engineering Life Cycles (SELC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Familiarity with Waterfall and AGILE development methodologies as well as ITIL/ITSM experience * Effective oral and written communication skills with customer, technical, and management personnel * Must possess a self-starter mentality and be an effective problem-solver * Ability to work as part of a team and work independently * Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills * Extensive Experience with Microsoft Office (including MS Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project) Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree * ITIL certification * Extensive experience with Jira, ServiceNow and SharePoint * Experience with program evaluation and redesign * Experience with configuration, requirements, incident, and problem management Security Clearance Requirements: * Candidate is required to be a US Citizen (non-dual citizenship) with the ability to obtain a Public Trust and DHS Suitability.
