Then we hope you are our new Material Change Control Coordinator for our team!
What would your role look like?
You will drive and improve the material intake process together with stakeholders in QC, Material/ Process Science, Supply Chain and Purchasing. You will also help establish the process globally. Identifying improvements and implementing them on the fly, you will spar and align with cross functional and cross site stakeholders to ensure the best possible process for the company.

Some of your main Tasks

  • Identify appropriate measurements & monitoring of the process to ensuring visibility to all who are interested.
  • Ensure improvements are visible and influence stakeholders to make necessary changes.
  • Interact with our suppliers, internal colleagues and customers and will be based in Hillerød together with the team.

A new set of eyes are always welcome and in general you are expected to speak up, be curious, spar with and help if processes can be improved.

Skills & Knowledge we hope you possess

  • BSc/ MSc degree within natural & life science
  • 3-7 years of relevant GxP experience
  • Or you have another background within natural & life science and have broad QC experience for more than 10 years and have experience with materials, specifications, process optimization and stakeholder management.
  • Skills to;
  • improve processes and update relevant SOP’s accordingly
  • measure/ monitor process and progress
  • run the process, follow up and improve
  • Project management skills are a plus!
  • Willing to interact with suppliers, internal colleagues and customers
  • Challenge existing processes and work with colleagues both locally and globally to make them better.
  • Able to work with it systems, especially TrackWise as most of the practical work will happen in our change control process or quickly get to know the system
  • Able to speak up with data and curiosity
  • Speak and write in English

Your New Team
You will join the Material Lifecycle Management team within the Supply Chain Master Data and Compliance department. Your team consists of 17 fantastic, experienced individuals, covering a variety of tasks. Driven by our curiosity, humor, and commitment to the patient.
