WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis. To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.

MUST HAVE SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous proven experience as a Change Coordinator
  • Fluent in Czech, Slovakian or Hungarian languages (Speak, read and write)
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR Service operations
  • Previous project management skills including plan creation, tracking and risk management
  • Previous change and engagement management experience is a must
  • Previous ServiceNow experience an advantage

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS THAT WILL BE BENEFICIAL BUT NOT MANDATORY

  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust with senior stakeholders
  • Able to engage effectively with teams across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to focus on business outcomes
    As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in Europe, so long as you are authorised to work in Europe without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Change Coordinator to help our client prepare and lead the delivery of the transformation of their HR Operations by simplifying their Human Resource operating model, ensuring that employee experience and customers service is maintained.

The Change Coordinator will ensure the successful stand up and preparation for the achievement of the transformation in HR Operations.

  • Work with IT, operational, and business teams to plan and execute change implementations
  • Assist in the preparation and review of risk assessments and impact analyses for changes
  • Monitor ongoing changes to ensure that they are proceeding as planned and report any issues to relevant teams
  • Ensure all information is correct and updated i.e., responsibilities, dates
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and external vendors to ensure seamless change delivery
  • Communicate effectively with employees to resolve change/related-related queries and concerns
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR shared service centres, if applicable
