The Change Delivery Lead is a critical leadership role. It is part of the change management team within the Australia Commercial Strategy & Transformation team and reports to the Change Transformation Lead.
The Change Delivery Lead will support the Transformation Change Lead and work closely with the project change managers in the team to establish oversight of change delivery and drive consistency and greater effectiveness in the planning and delivery of change across Australia Commercial. The role is responsible for managing two direct reports (change managers), developing and maintaining the aggregate view of change impacts and integrated change delivery plan for the Australia Commercial strategy, providing change management advice and support to initiative owners, uplifting capability and optimising change templates and tools to drive greater consistency, value realisation and optimise the banker and customer experience.
