Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide change management strategy.
  • Manage and mentor the change management team, ensuring effective delivery of change initiatives.
  • Assess the potential impact of organizational changes and create mitigation plans.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and design communication plans to achieve employee buy-in.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to integrate change management into project lifecycles.
  • Foster a culture of change within the organization, promoting adaptability and acceptance of new processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip leaders with the skills to navigate change effectively.Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
