The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for enabling every corner of CommBank to use world-class data, AI and analytics technologies to reimagine experiences for our customers, communities and colleagues, to build a brighter future for all. This role sits in the CDAO Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the CoE Lead.
Responsibilities:
You will be supporting the Decision Science and Gen AI Domain and Practice teams to help drive the acceleration of AI adoption at every level of the bank to deliver better outcomes and experiences for our customers, communities and colleagues. This role will work very closely with the AI Acceleration Lead and Chapter Lead Transformation and Change AI to develop, implement and embed a communication strategy that supports the bank in harnessing the power of AI.
