Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience creating UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • 6+ months experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • 6+ months experience with Agile tool, Jira, for tracking user stories or backlogs and managing test related activities
  • Experience working in fast paced agile projects.
  • Project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in Software Development/Engineering practices
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Associate - UAT Tester supporting the Business Execution Application Management (Digital Branch & ATM) team as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com

In this role, you will:

  • Create and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and test plans based on business requirements/user stories
  • Utilize Jira to document and consolidate testing progress and results
  • Identify and track defects throughout user acceptance testing.
  • Perform manual user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with Engineers and other teams on a need basis to develop and coordinate user acceptance testing strategy.
  • Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects.
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

  • Ability to work virtually across geographies supporting India and the USA
