JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Change Integration Support Specialist reporting to the Manager, Business Integration acts as a product subject matter expert, supporting business partner onboarding, inquiries, development and testing of products and services offered by Canadian Shared Services (CSS).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners, Suppliers and Change Integration Specialists, supporting new or changes to CSS products and services
  • Adhere to predefined Business Integration processes
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various integrations, including the development of new technologies
  • Support the onboarding activities and training of internal stakeholders on products offered by CSS
  • Create and maintain required process and service documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring consistent and clear communication with all internal and external business partners
  • Support, coach, mentor and provide training to new or junior team members
  • Participate in testing to identify defects and issues during service integrations
  • Act as a second tier of support, ensuring resolution of problems by identifying root cause and providing recommendations to improve processes with suppliers, internal business partners and Business Integration team members
  • Develop eSignature forms used in Digital Signature processes
