A fixed term opportunity has arisen to join the BSC Transformation & Change team in the Balance Sheet Control directorate as a specialist change leader within the Governance, Risk and Control programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight and coordination of the delivery of key aspects of multiple projects under the GR&C programme within Balance Sheet Control. They will be expected to act as the key liaison between the Change Leads across the function, the BSC leadership team and the Programme.
As an experienced change delivery lead, you will provide a framework for tracking and monitoring deliver across multiple projects under the programme and within BAU. The role holder will have strategic oversight of the risks, issues and dependencies across the change delivery within Balance Sheet Control, ensuring that actions are being achieved and monitored and effective reporting is undertaken.
This role would ideally suit someone with a financial services background. An understanding of a retail financial services balance sheet, prudential risk management and data and reporting landscape would be beneficial. In addition, you will champion a positive risk management culture.
