We are hiring for an enthusiastic Change Lead who is passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and foster a positive culture. This role will be responsible for adapting the overarching Program Change Management Strategy to suit local and regional requirements for changes relating to People, Process and Systems across the work streams of:
1. Forecast to Plan
2. Plan to Inventory
3. Offer to Cash
4. Record to Report.
This role will work closely with the Regional Delivery teams & Change Management team to ensure program objectives are achieved within the regions. This role is a 18 Months Fixed Term Contract.
Accountabilities
- Conduct regional and local stakeholder analysis and manage associated stakeholder engagement/involvement to ensure that program objectives are aligned.
- Formulate regional and local change management plans based on globally aligned change plan to enable effective change delivery. Includes planning for additional requirements based on regional and local gaps and additional needs.
- Communicate with and engage local and regional stakeholders to keep them up to date with progress, issues, and developments in change activities, providing appropriate briefing to enable them to make informed decisions about future activities.
- Convene and support network of regional and local change champions throughout project lifecycle and to mobilise as support for go-live and post go-live sustainability period.
- Participate in local and regional organisational discussions relating to the project and assess related change impacts.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Cochlear’s strategic priorities and possible impacts on change management.
- Establish and manage delivery of change effort against local and/or regional change plan (aligned to global change strategy).
- Report on the progress of local and regional change management activities against timeframes, milestones, and budget.
- Follow relevant quality procedures to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement. Undertake additional quality responsibilities (e.g., audit) when appropriately trained to undertake these responsibilities.
Key Incumbent Requirements
- Degree qualified in an organisational change related study, with relevant project-related experience.
- Experience in delivering large-scale change initiatives across global organisations, in a highly regulated industry, specialising in end-to-end Strategic Planning and/or Finance and/or Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience in process, systems and behavioural change implementations and the impact of these on the organisation.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation and build productive relationships whilst not compromising the transformation objectives and principles.
- Project planning and delivery management skills, together with problem solving and analysis.
- Working knowledge of best practice change and communications approaches and demonstrated success of their implementation.
- Experience working in a medical devices or health care regulatory environment (Ideal)
- Experience implementing SAP as part of a global business transformation (Ideal)
