We are hiring for Change Lead – Retailer Transition for the position based in Sweden (Hybrid).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive and support the transition journey for our Retail partners in various markets. This role will focus on creating value by guiding the retailer and associated teams through a structured change journey, developing and implementing change management strategies to align with local and global business goals which require global travel up to 50% for retailer meetings.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCES:

• 7+ years of relevant experiences and accomplishments in change management.
• Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in a global, multicultural environment.
• Proven background in ERP migrations, with a strong understanding of the technical and logistical challenges involved.
• Experience with harmonizing or globalizing processes, focusing on alignment and consistency across regions.
• Strong grasp of product-oriented development and project implementation.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Proven skill in translating conceptual ideas and strategies into actionable, concrete steps.
• Ability to create clarity and foster a common understanding of change goals and approaches.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for business development and relationship-building.
