We have a newly created position available for a Change Lead to oversee and drive the change management strategy and execution within Service Stream, particularly within strategic and complex IT projects, such as large-scale Field Service Solution consolidation, ERP implementation, and Workforce Management solution implementation.

About The Role
In this role you will inform, influence and lead change initiatives, working closely with senior leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to guide the successful implementation of changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Change Strategy Development: Within assigned IT projects, especially the strategic and complex ones, develop and implement the change management strategy, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives.
- Change Leadership: Lead change management activities, ensuring that all change activities are aligned with organisational, and project goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership (Executive General Manger and General Manger levels) and key stakeholders to secure support for change initiatives and address any concerns or resistance.
- Change Planning: Create and manage detailed change plans, including the change management approach, desired change outcomes, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communication: Oversee the development and delivery of communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Training and Support: Develop the training plan, overseeing the delivery of training programs and support materials to help employees adapt to changes and ensure successful adoption.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on change management activities and progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT governance processes, policies and standards, following Project Delivery Framework and Delivery Framework, and timely submission of accurate timesheets for IT projects and service activities.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven change management experience in delivering the business outcomes from complex IT projects (ranging from $1M to $4M).
- Proven strong stakeholder management (ideally from Operations level to C-level) to identify, influence, and exceed project stakeholders’ expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership in motivating and inspiring teams, including the teams with different personalities and know how to get the best out of people.
- Broader experience in IT project management, business analysis and application delivery (highly desirable)
- Project delivery experience in Telecom or Utilities sectors is desirable.
- Technical experience in any technology area such as Workforce Compliance, AWS, IFS, Viewpoint, Analytics, Automation, Oracle OFSC, ServiceNow, Boomi, Workday, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. is desirable.
- Tertiary qualification in IT or Commerce related discipline, or extensive practical experience
- Qualifications in Change Management and/or Project Management are highly desirable but not essential.
