EDUCATION:
REG5/REG6: University degree in information management, computer science, business, or communications, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and relevant job knowledge will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
As a Change Management Advisor (REG5), you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the adoption of digital capabilities at the departmental level.
- Build and apply change management competencies and practices to support the delivery and adoption of the digital program and its various initiatives.
- Define organizational change management activities (based on change management framework) and monitor and deliver according to the plan.
- Analyze the organizational change impacts and develop project artefacts.
- Perform stakeholder analysis to create OCM plans.
As a Senior Change Management Advisor (REG6), you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure alignment of change management activities with the overall digital program goals.
- Contribute, shape and apply change management competencies and practices to support the delivery and adoption of the digital program and its various initiatives.
- Develops, evaluates, and reviews change management strategies based on the nature, scope and size of the transformational initiative, and creates integrated change management plans in support IMTD and organizational strategies
