Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
People are at the heart of any change initiative and success depends on user acceptance and adoption. With an understanding of SBM people, meaningful professional experience, and a keen interest in change management, you will contribute to the Group’s transformation programs, transcending points of resistance and supporting the delivery of desired business outcomes. You will have a global view of activities across the business and serve as a subject matter expert on the Prosci methodology and ADKAR model applied to the program teams, interfacing with colleagues at all levels and locations of the organization.
Main missions:
- You play a key role in ensuring transformation programs and change initiatives succeed: create change management strategies and plans using the structured Prosci methodology to meet objectives on time and on budget.
- You focus on the people side of change: pay careful attention to changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures and anticipate impacts on the identified stakeholder groups; assess change impact and ADKAR progress.
- You know our audiences & understand how to reach them: articulate the way in which changes will affect the users on a day-to-day basis, and devise engagement strategies to meet people where they are, maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance; identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- You guide, coach, and support the project team on change management: manage change throughout the various levels of the change program, supporting each leader from Executive Sponsor to Work Stream leader, enabling them to fulfill their roles with the appropriate behaviors and actions to support the change plan.
- You help build a positive response to new ways of working: drive faster adoption, broader ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that affect employees; evaluate and ensure user readiness, track and report issues.
- You contribute to the expanding SBM knowledge on change management throughout the organization by animating training and working sessions for all SBM different locations
This position requires geographical mobility due to very frequent travels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prosci Practitioner Certification or Training
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in Change management
- Geographical mobility
