Description:

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in change management or a related role.
  • Experience with End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in the financial services or investment industry.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
