JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join an international program within a large organization, assisting in the coordination and execution of communication activities. The role’s core mission is to ensure effective communication and information flow both within the program and towards various business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the program’s Communication Lead in executing and coordinating internal and external communication activities.
  • Providing administrative support to maintain a cohesive communication approach across the program, aligning with divisional, group, and GIS communication plans.
  • Ensuring a high-level plan, activity schedule, and execution are in place for consistent information dissemination.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic background in Communication is a plus but not required.
  • Strong administrative skills are essential for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support roles, ideally with a focus on communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint.
  • High level of proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in producing and executing internal communication initiatives, such as monthly newsletters, Townhalls, and other program-wide forums.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing the communication plan for incremental rollout phases within the program.
  • Create and maintain communication materials, including presentations, SharePoint updates, news articles, newsletters, and other content according to the program’s communication plan.
