JOB DESCRIPTION
The Change Management Consultant is accountable for change management plans for strategic initiatives that impact Operations. Their primary responsibility will be developing and implementing change management strategies that ensure engagement, adoption, and utilization to support changes affecting people. The role will leverage our change management framework influenced by Prosci to create, document, and execute their plans effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state and impact of the change from a people point of view.
- Understand business goals and outcomes of initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders applicable to the change.
- Leads/consults on the communication and training planning efforts.
- Leads/supports the development of communication and/or resources.
- Leads/contributes on the execution and adoption of change management plans.
- Leverage Change Management tools and methodology.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Consult and coach project team.
- Support the project execution as needed.
- Support and engage project managers/leaders, change directors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate efforts with key partners.
- Track and report issues related to the change.
- Define and measure success criteria and monitor change progress.
