Required Qualifications:

  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Skilled in facilitating discussions to drive understanding and group consensus to advance work efforts.
  • Able to lead and direct discussions with limited knowledge of topic.
  • Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, or other case management/workflow tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Working knowledge of risk and control framework.
  • Possess high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Utilize expert judgement in making informed decision

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Management Consultant who will be responsible for engaging and partnering with business contacts, key partners, and peers to execute and monitor program related processes supporting Change Enablement oversight and ensuring compliance with Change Management Policy and Procedures. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Make decisions requiring a high-level understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
