PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification
- Five years+ of related work experience with change tools such stakeholder’s analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs
- Five years+ creating enterprise wide and executive level creative communications using multiple vehicles/approaches
This hybrid position can be done from one of our European offices (Milan, London, Kerkrade, Dusseldorf or Paris) and will start with a defined-term contract of 24 months.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from ECC to S/4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.
The Magellan Change Management Sr. Specialist will report to the Magellan Customer Care Change Network lead. This role will be responsible for deployment and program communications, capture and disposition change impacts, stakeholder management, end-user change journey activities dedicated to EMAE Customer Care organization.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Execute deployment change journey activities (stakeholder assessments, kick-offs, open office hours, etc.) in partnership with Customer Care and Capital Equipment change network leads in the business in delivering quality change events and materials for each change phase leading up to deployment.
- Complete key change activities (i.e. capture changes coming, validate changes, map changes to roles) in partnership with Business Functional Leads, Product owners and Change Network Leads
- Create and communicate updated personas aligned to each release for end-user groups with highest amount and complexity of changes coming
- Create and support program communications for team, broader stakeholder community.
- Support Magellan SharePoint site. SharePoint administration activities include stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating News posts/sites as needed, and/or reviewing site analytics.
- Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement (i.e. focus groups, surveys, analytics)
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
