REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Change Management certification (Bachelor or Practitioner Level)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Change Management working in the project delivery space
  • Proven experience delivering successful and sustainable change

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to join our Digital Services Change team to support the delivery of a couple of compliance driven projects. Previous energy industry experience would be an advantage. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract and can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint.

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Change Specialist, as the Change Manager, you will be accountable for providing change management guidance and support for two compliance driven projects. This position will develop and execute fit-for-purpose Change Management strategies to maximise the adoption of the required changes. The role will align activities with the enterprise change management framework and help drive consistent change management practices across the organisation.
This position is open to all Essential Energy permanent, fixed term and casual employees.
