Overview:
Procurement is a priority function at PepsiCo that is striving to drive step change in value to deliver profitable and sustainable growth through innovation and trusted partnerships with our business and suppliers. The Procurement Change Management Sr. Manager will play a key role in the strategy enablement, operating model transformation and transformational programs to drive record-level productivity.
The Procurement Change Management, Senior Manager will oversee and manage all facets of organizational change. This includes informing and shaping the operating model, assessing change impact, engaging stakeholders, developing and executing communication, training and other change interventions that will enable a new ways of working and promote adoption of new transformational initiatives.
This role will be reporting into Global Operations Transformation Lead with a matrixed reporting relationship into Procurement and is responsible to lead and coordinate a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders (example, Global Procurement, Sectors, Global Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability, R&D, DTV, HR teams).
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global program leadership and market teams to shape Change Management program strategy.
- Develop and execute detailed change management plan for Procurement operating model changes and Procurement specific transformation programs - plan, integrate and sustain for every market.
- Identify and assess complexity, readiness, change integration/interdependency opportunities and risks.
- Partner with global program leadership and market teams to shape Change Management program strategy.
- Map key leadership stakeholders across functions and sectors and steers program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks.
- Drive program’s specific high level change impact workshops to identify key impacts and identify potential change risks to design and deliver organizational enablers that promote readiness actions and ultimately adoption.
- Shape program-level key communications such as ‘case for change’, “what’s in it for me?” (WIIFM), change narratives and success stories to inspire and embed long lasting change and socializes these communications using multiple channels such as SharePoint.
- Develop a training strategy and plan that aligns with program and market needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and training requirements.
- Steer program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks.
- Implement holistic measurement strategy to measure cultural and talent readiness, employee adoption, and effectiveness of change planning.
- Identify and partner with local change networks to support roll-out and sustainment of Market Transformation as appropriate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification.
- Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, global, complex initiatives enabled by new capabilities across the organization, with similar complexity as PepsiCo.
- Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, support and deliver custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the program.
- Strong executive presence with ability to develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling verbal & written communication.
- Confronts and works through tough issues, taking ownership and accountability for resolution.
- Able to work within ambiguous, fluid cross-functional environment managing various amounts of change.
- Sees the bigger picture, able to look ahead to anticipate and address issues.
- Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to be flexible and eagerness to learn, build relationships and demonstrate resilience.
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders.
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
