On behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, emagine is currently looking for a consultant to support with Change Management activities related to building out their Data Foundation across LoB engagements

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key focus will be on:

• Communication tasks: Support article and newsletter activities to help communicate news continuously on Viva Engage, and create (some of the) content to the Data Marketplace playbook
• Stakeholder management: including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking across LoB engagements
• Training: including both material creation and facilitation
• Feedback loops: help track feedback from training sessions and newsletter

The role is very hands on and we are looking for a very proactive profile.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
• Experience in leading change initiatives within data and analytics projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of data management, governance and data-related challenges.
• Relevant educational background and certifications in change management methodologies or data-related technologies.

Start Date: 2nd of October 2024
Duration: Until 20th of December 2024
Allocation: Full time, time & material
