The A Side: A Day in The Life
You will be part of the team delivering and rolling out the next-generation internal systems for Universal Music Group release planning. You should be comfortable being part of a cross-functional team and working with a diverse group of business stakeholders and technologists. We expect you to understand change management and user experience, to be passionate about technology and the business, to keep up with the latest trends, and to collaborate with a variety of people to meet our project deliverables. As part of this team, you will define structured change methodology and lead change management activities for the UK labels to adopt release planning tools. You will work in service of an overall company initiative to reimagine release planning as an integrated, automated, efficient, and effective machine that can scale and flex in line with rapid, technology-driven business dynamics.
Your passion for good software is visible to your team members, stakeholders and in every product you and the team delivers. You take business automation seriously, and that will help you make decisions that drive value every day.
The B Side: Skills & Experience

  • Identifying change management requirements and working closely with the Teams to create artifacts and reusable documentation
