THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum of 5 years in change management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.
- Experience with organisational transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
- Change Management certification e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine efficient solutions.
- Ability to closely manage timelines and deliver results.

As a Change Manager at MYOB, you will play a pivotal role in our journey to successfully implement world-class transformational solutions. Located in Melbourne, Victoria, this role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, crafting the future of our organisation.
PURPOSE:
The Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing the change process across software transformation and implementation projects within the organisation. The role involves, planning and coordinating the completion of organisational changes, ensuring that change initiatives are implemented efficiently, resulting in ongoing adoption and success of the change. This position works closely with leadership, project roles and teams, and collaborators to drive adoption of change, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
