Description:
With our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Change Manager to join us on a 12 months FTC. The role may also be made permanent on successful completion of the FTC. The role can be remote working, although some (infrequent) travel will be required to our Essex and Nottingamshire head quarters for team meetings. Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Change Team is responsible for the delivery of all technology and business change initiatives and projects within the Stonebridge business, working alongside in-house IT teams, operational teams, Business Standards (Compliance) and third-party suppliers.
Projects and initiatives range from the introduction of new technology and functionality to streamlining current processes, executed using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
The Change Manager accepts responsibility for the delivery of change projects for the business working with the Head of Change and all key internal stakeholders and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scoping, shaping & confirming business requirements
- Producing User Stories & supporting documentation :
- Managing delivery within Waterfall and Agile frameworks :
- Completing & managing systems testing and undertaking user acceptance testing where required
- Produce plans, tracking deadlines, deliverables/timelines, leading meetings & provide updates
- Building and managing successful relationships with key stakeholders across the business
